Home building can be a daunting process, but with our streamlined approach and dedicated team, we’re committed to making your journey as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. The process begins with a sit-down meeting with the builder, and this is where we assess your wants and needs in a home project and develop a plan to move forward.

No, we work in conjunction with our clients to develop a custom set of plans that meet all their needs.  We do have some plans that may meet your needs, but you are not required to use these.

Every situation is different, but generally the homebuyer will give me a deposit, and I will be responsible for all the project financing, as well as the purchase of the lot.  If you already own a lot, we can work with you to build on it as well.

We have several great realtors that we work with that can help you navigate the sale of your property and coordination with your new build.

The usual time is that it takes 8 months from the time we start digging the basement.

We understand that this can be a daunting task, and its why we have an interior designer that works with each one of our projects and assists the homeowner with all these difficult decisions.

Yes, you will be allowed to make all your selections, and make this your dream home.

Yes, I build in all parts of Spencer County, and will also build in Shelby County if it’s not too far from my other projects.
